Being healthy is about more than what you eat and how much you exercise. Sometimes what a mum needs to stay healthy is much simpler and easier than you’d think – and we’re not just talking about new mums – mums of any age who have kids of any age can do these things to stay healthy. Keep this list of tips handy and whenever you just aren’t feeling so great, give yourself a little pick-me-up.
- Me time is a right, not a privilege! Take some time, every day, to have a cuppa and read a magazine, or even, god willing, go shopping by yourself! Also, taking a few minutes to do your hair nicely and even makeup in the morning will help you feel good.
